The encounter between the Dutch and English fleets during the Dutch flotilla's journey to Boulogne. Manufactured in Dordrecht on behalf of the Ministry of the Navy. In the years 1803-1805, the Batavian Republic contributed to the composition of the French invasion fleet in Boulogne, founded according to the idea of the French naval shipbuilder Groignard. Several squadrons therefore left Vlissingen on their way to the main force in Boulogne, which the English always tried to prevent.
